Booking Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to transactions between Toile Blanche, 826 chemin de la Pounchounière, 06570 Saint-Paul de Vence, and the Client.

Reservations & Payments

Rates are expressed in euros and include all taxes and services, except for the tourist tax (currently €4.02/person/night for guests 18+), payable on site. The price confirmed at the time of reservation constitutes the final rate. Subsequent promotions cannot be applied to confirmed reservations.

Your reservation is officially confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of arrival.

Flexible Offer

A refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival.

Early Booking Offer

Full prepayment at booking. Non-refundable and non-modifiable.

Group Offer (3+ suites, 3-night minimum)

A refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking. The remaining balance is due on arrival.

Payment of the deposit validates your reservation and signifies acceptance of these terms. If the balance is not paid on the agreed date, the stay will be considered cancelled and these terms will apply accordingly. Banking fees for transfers or card payments are borne by the client. No payment by bank cheque or foreign currency is accepted.

Cancellations & Modifications

We recommend clients take out insurance covering cancellation fees.

Interruption of stay or unused services will not be refunded for any reason, including medical or force majeure.

In case of a no-show, fees correspond to 100% of the nights concerned. The client has 24 hours to inform us of a new arrival date; after this period, we reserve the right to resell the room.

Flexible Offer

Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: deposit refunded. 14–7 days: deposit retained. Less than 7 days: full stay charged. Free modifications up to 14 days before arrival, subject to any price difference.

Group Offer (3+ suites)

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: deposit refunded. 30–14 days: deposit retained. Less than 14 days: full stay charged. Free modifications up to 30 days before arrival, subject to any price difference.

Group Offer (5+ suites)

Non-refundable.

Early Booking Offer

Non-refundable and non-modifiable.

Cancellation by Toile Blanche

The reservation may be terminated by Toile Blanche without compensation in case of force majeure or impossibility of operation. Deposits will be refunded.

Stay Conditions

Occupancy

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity of the reserved suite. Names of all guests (adults and children) must be provided at booking.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 16:00–20:00. Please contact us if arriving after 20:00.
Check-out: 08:00–11:00. Luggage storage available for early or late departures.
Non-compliance may result in charges for an additional night.

Pets

Animals are not accepted.

Smoking

All suites and indoor spaces are non-smoking.

Outside Food & Beverages

No outside food, beverages, or groceries may be consumed in suites or common areas. Each suite features a curated minibar and our two restaurants are available to guests.

Extra Beds

Available in select suites at €80/night. Baby cots: €20/night.

Parking

Free private outdoor parking. EV charging: €25/charge.

Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage to the premises. Behaviour contrary to good morals or public order may result in being asked to leave without compensation or refund.

Complaints

Please raise any concerns during your stay. Room preferences are not contractual guarantees. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the commercial tribunal of Nice, under French law.
