The Kitchen
Two Tables Worth
Travelling For
Built around what is in season, what is local, and what is honest. The herb garden is twenty metres from the kitchen.
Le Restaurant
More considered, more intimate, the kitchen at full attention.
A love letter to the Côte d'Azur, where Mediterranean tradition is reimagined through a contemporary lens.
La Guinguette
Lunch under the plane trees — rosé, grilled fish, the specific joy of eating outside in Provence.
La Guinguette is the heart of the garden. Come barefoot or in espadrilles. The South will do the rest.
Every Morning
Le Petit-Déjeuner
Coffee, croissants, and the sound of the garden waking up. One of the things guests remember most.
Fresh bread from a local bakery. Seasonal fruit. Eggs as you like them. Local honey, jams, and cheeses. Orange juice pressed that morning. Served in the breakfast room, on the terrace, or delivered to your suite.
Served daily, 8:00 – 10:30
More about breakfast →The wine list is a declaration of love for the region. The tomatoes arrived this morning.
Both menus follow the rhythm of the seasons, built around partnerships with local producers. At Toile Blanche, the conversation with the landscape begins with art. It continues at the table.
The table is set.
