For the flexible offer:

Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival for a refund of the deposit. For a cancellation between 14 days and 5 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For any cancellation less than 5 days before, payment for the entire stay will be required. Free modifications are allowed up to 14 days before arrival, subject to paying any price difference if applicable.

For the group offer:

Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival for a refund of the deposit. For a cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained. For any cancellation less than 14 days before, payment for the entire stay will be required. Free modifications are allowed up to 30 days before arrival, subject to paying any price difference if applicable.

Full prepayment at the time of booking, non-refundable and non-modifiable.

Lunch at La Guinguette is served from 12:30 until 14:30.
Dinner at Toile Blanche restaurant is served from 19:00 pm to 21:00.

Swimming is allowed once the temperatures allow it (usually from mid-April to mid-October) and this from 08:00 till 19:00.

To maintain this atmosphere, we kindly ask that children, if you plan to book with children you contact us so we can accommodate you in the most suitable way. Note that no children under 18 can occupy a suite unaccompanied by an adult.
Once at Toile Blanche children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the Toile Blanche common areas, including restaurants, bars and lounges. . Additionally, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when using the swimming pool facilities.

Toile Blanche does not accept pets. If the customer fails to comply with this clause, the hotel may refuse animals. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or a breach of the contract on the initiative of the hotel, so that in the event of departure of the client, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains acquired at the hotel

For arriving customers the rooms are available starting at 16h. On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 11h. However, luggage storage for guests arriving before or intending to leave later.

It is strictly forbidden to surpass the specified number of people in a room for security reasons. Therefore a classic room can and must accommodate only two persons, and a deluxe room can accommodate three persons with an extra bed as supplement (for prices check the “What are your prices” question).

We have cots available for the little ones under two years of age. After which, the child will sleep in an ordinary bed.

We’d be happy to book a taxi shuttle to or from the airport or the train stations. Reception would be pleased to book or give you advice on your chosen mode of transport. The cost to the airport is approximately 60 €

The reception of Toile Blanche is at your disposal from 08:00 till 20:00.Please let us know if you plan to check-in or check-out earlier or later.
