You must comply with all hotel policies, including check-in/check-out times, pet policies, and smoking policies. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the property if any policy is violated.

In no event shall Toile Blanche be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use of our services, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the commercial tribunal of Nice.
